O/Cloud Permissions overview
Permissions in O/Cloud are designed to give you better control over who can access your content and the actions each user can execute.
Permissions are currently set on the Workspace level, and that means that all the folders and files inside the Workspace will have the same permissions.
There are 2 main types of Permissions: Global Permissions & Content Permissions
Global Permissions are admin level permissions and should be given to the few users who should have full access and control over your company’s content or users.
Content Permissions should be given to users who will be able to access your content or manage it, but should not have access to company management. Content Permissions are given on the WorkSpace level and will be applied to all the files and folders inside the Workspace
The permissions you grant your users will determine the actions and content available to them. Actions that are not allowed for a certain permission will not be available to the user. Similarly, Workspace that wasn't shared with a specific user will not be visible.
